No bank, club or financial name has been published for Onuachu. Sites that print one show no method, so the $5 million figure for 2024 once carried here is gone. The valuation isn’t a fortune, but it’s verifiable: FotMob lists his market value at 2.3 million euros versus 18 million euros on March 31, 2022.
There is a real document in the payment, so we start there. Midtjylland to Trabzonspor
He spent 2012-2019 at FC Midtjylland, scoring 74 goals in 181 games and winning the Danish Superliga in 2015 and 2018, with a loan spell at Vejle Boldklub in between which produced five goals in 13 league games. Racing Genk signed him in August 2019. A new beginning. In the 2020/21 season, he scored 33 league goals, won Belgium’s Golden Boot and Black Boot and won the Belgian Cup.
Southampton signed a three-and-a-half-year deal on 1 February 2023. It’s going hard. He managed to score four goals in 40 appearances, the first in a 3–2 defeat against Nottingham Forest on 19 January 2025 alone, nearly two years after joining, and spent the 2023/24 season on loan in Turkey.
