Peeeeeep!
We start at 15:00.
Teams appears and we are a few minutes before the start of the pitch.

Get ready for another week of agonizing over the plight of Manchester United. Legends of old will rage, clips of a hazy Gary Neville will fly across social media, the airwaves will echo with complaints from angry supporters and there’s every chance a new manager will be in the dungeon when United play again.
As the walls closed in on Michael Carrick at Stamford Bridge, there were echoes of Erik ten Hag’s last game. United missed a number of golden chances when the scores were level, just like when Ten Hag lost to West Ham the day before he was sent off two years ago, and Chelsea made the most of the reprieve after an early performance so poor you worried about the nascent Xabi Alonso project.
Read Jacob’s steering wheel report from Stamford Bridge:
It’s all over at Stamford Bridge, Lisandro Martínez got a laughable red card as Manchester United failed to get a positive result in the first half in a 2-0 loss. Scott Murray reacts:
Nottingham Forest It’s a strange proposition. There are plenty of quality players, but they have only won one game in the Premier League so far this season. They conceded just 10 goals – Oliver Glasner’s trademark defensive organization – but Liam Delap is yet to fire and they face another well-organised defense at Brentford today. Any chance Forest start November in the bottom three, a position that usually costs a manager his job. Forest fans, how do you rate the season so far?

He will win
I am when I grow up.
In the middle of a busy day in the Premier League, I find myself sitting at the AIG Stadium, home of League Two leaders Salford City. There’s not a cloud in the sky and it’s unseasonably warm in Greater Manchester as the Ammies aim to secure an eighth straight league win. David Beckham and Gary Neville are part of the ownership and despite having the fourth-lowest average attendance, there is plenty of ambition to push up the leagues.
Former Ange Postecoglou assistant Peter Cklamovski is in charge of Salford and is redefining their style. They got off to a rough start, losing their first three games, but found their way under the Australian coach and had few odds against them to win the league in May.
Here it is One of the saddest episodes in Premier League history. If clubs take legal action over some of the comments on the podcast, we’re done.

I know this blog is the main event, but if you want to be a little live, Scott Murray is on Chelsea v Manchester United, where Morgan Rogers put the home side 1-0 up:
Preamble
A rare treat this afternoon in the Premier League starting at five o’clock at 15:00. There’s a Carabao Cup rematch at the Etihad as Brighton look to avenge their penalty shoot-out defeat on Wednesday night. Bournemouth look to continue their good form against a determined Leeds side, Brentford v Forest should be entertaining, there’s a basement battle between Coventry and Sunderland, while the two promotion sides take on Ipswich at Hull. West Ham v West Brom is worth watching in the Championship, my pick for League One is Mansfield v Notts County and League Two leaders Salford welcome Exeter to Moor Lane. I’ll do my best to bring you all of that, and first up is team news in about 15 minutes.
