Juventus wants Kovacic, Raum and Fikayo Tomori to become free agents in 2027

Juventus are reportedly already negotiating for next season, including Manchester City’s Mateo Kovacic, RB Leipzig’s David Laum and Milan defender Fikayo Tomori.

The Bianconeri have proven in recent years that they are more than capable of laying the groundwork for future deals, such as making Jonathan David a free agent.

Having failed to qualify for the Champions League and facing tight finances, they are even more determined to find free agents, even if it means starting negotiations months in advance.

According to Gazzetta dello Sportthere are three names on the wish list and their contracts will expire at the end of the season.

Director Frederic Massara was the man who brought Tomori to Milan from Chelsea and is now keen to reunite with the Juventus defender.

Tomori was pushed to the fringes of the project by Ruben Amorim this summer, only to be welcomed back after failing to find a new club he was willing to accept.

Another player Juventus is keeping an eye on is RB Leipzig left-back Laum, although Manchester United are also hot on his trail.

Kovacic is an interesting option, the 32-year-old is far from done but has found himself pushed to the edge by Manchester City’s many new signings.

The Croatia international, whose contract expires next summer, is no stranger to Serie A, having played for Inter Milan from 2013 to 2015.

Since then, Kovacic has played for Real Madrid, Chelsea, and joined Manchester City from 2023.
