Check out Chelsea transfer targets

Chelsea unable to sign Manchester United prodigy JJ Gabriel That was until mid-December when the academy was suspended for violating financial rules.
Back in March, the west London giants were punished for breaching financial rules. They were fined £10m and banned from signing academy players for the next nine months.
As a result, they are prohibited from adding academy players until December 17. Therefore, if Gabriel is deregistered by United as he wishes, they will be unable to recruit him.
United had planned to give Gabriel his debut against Brighton in the Carabao Cup third round, but with his clear desire to leave the club, that will not happen again.
The 15-year-old has not spent his career with the Red Devils and wants to join a club where, given his potential, he has a better chance of becoming a first-team player sooner rather than later.
Chelsea are among the clubs keen to sign him, but that would require him to wait until mid-December. They could miss out on Gabriel, with Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich also interested.
