All eyes will be on the UEFA Europa League this week, where the two main leaders of the US Men’s National Team will compete.
Tyler Adams and welcome to AFC Bournemouth Christian Pulisic and AC Milan to the Vitality Stadium in a highly anticipated UEL competition. Adams is having a productive week for the Cherries, starting with recent wins over Sturm Graz and Sunderland in two separate competitions.
The veteran midfielder continues to be a key player under Marco Rose as Bournemouth begin to build momentum this autumn. Adams will have a difficult task trying to shut down Pulisic and the Rossoneri’s myriad attacking players.
Pulisic most recently started in the Rossoneri’s 3-2 Serie A win over Atalanta on Sunday, making a welcome change to Ruben Amorim’s squad. Despite having his first-half goal disallowed, Pulisic showed strong signs and will be among the favorites to score on the South Coast this week.
An away win for the Rossoneri would see them level on six points with the Cherries, but less than Bournemouth in the Europa League standings.
