What the 200% sports bonus means in naira
The headline is a 200% match on your first deposit, capped at ₦320,000. That ceiling needs a deposit of ₦160,000. Smaller deposits get less, and the bonus is credited only if the code went in at registration.
The sports rollover is the number to read first. At 8x, a ₦320,000 bonus has to be staked as ₦2,560,000 of accumulators, each with at least three events at 2.10 or more. That is a much bigger ask than the 5x on the 1xBet 200% tier, and the odds floor is higher too.
Wagering and the casino package
SoccerNet reports a separate casino package of up to ₦2,990,000 plus 290 free spins, across the first five deposits. Its wagering is 40x each deposit bonus, to be cleared within 7 days. Deposits for that package start at ₦17,000. Read that 7-day limit carefully before you split your money between sports and casino.
SoccerNet also lists a deposit series of 75%, 50% and 25% on the second to fourth deposits, up to ₦160,000 in total. The reviews present it as a separate promotion, not part of the welcome bonus. We did not find it on the Melbet pages we could load, so treat it as unconfirmed.

- Fill in your personal details and tick the box confirming you are 18 or over.

The footer of melbet.ng names Otrada Hospitality Limited as the operator, under Sports Betting and Casino license LSLGA/OP/OSB/MBO21222, issued by the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority. We read that footer on 28 October 2026. The reviews cite an Oyo State license (OYSGB/CASB/210006) instead, so the license claims do not match across sources. Check the footer yourself before you deposit.
Since the Supreme Court ruling of 22 November 2024, state regulators license betting, so the Lagos license on the footer is the one to check. We did not open an account, so we cannot speak for payout speed.
