Manchester United are currently showing no signs of looking for a new manager to replace Michael Carrick, according to reports.
The Red Devils have endured a difficult start to the season, with just two wins from six games in all competitions, and the team has already crashed out of the Carabao Cup.
Still, United don’t appear to be planning to make changes at the moment, with Carrick only a few months into his role as the club’s new permanent manager after serving as interim manager last season.

In the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era, Manchester United has changed many coaches, and big-name players such as David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho, Erik ten Hag and Ruben Amorim have all struggled.
Former Manchester United striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also played for the club and is likely to be where Carrick will be compared.

While Arsenal are happy to bring back former players like Mikel Arteta, it’s unclear whether the likes of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Michael Carrick really have the same level of qualifications to take on such an important task.
Meanwhile, The Athletic reports that United are keen on stability after so much change, so perhaps sticking with Carrick ultimately means the club can replicate what Arsenal have done under Arteta.
However, it is thought that results will soon improve, with United certainly unable to finish in and out of the top four as they have often done in recent years.
