Kristie Mewis has shared the adorable nickname she and fiancée Sam Kerr have given their baby boy, Jagger.
The 34-year-old USWNT midfielder welcomed Jagr in May and recently posted a photo of her and Jagr watching Cole play for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
But this moment isn’t just about football. In the caption, Mavis revealed the couple’s nickname for their son: “Mr. Moo Moo.” She also invited fans to share the funniest nicknames they’ve given their children.
However, Kerr had a more cheeky option, commenting: “Mr. Shi**Experience it all” – a label that many new parents can relate to.
Mewis and Kerr, who recently scored his 100th career goal for Chelsea, began dating in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and went public the following year.
They got engaged in November 2023 and have since spoken publicly about their relationship and popularity.
In a pre-engagement interview foreman“I think just by going out and being two girls in love, if we can change one or two people’s lives and how they feel about each other, that means a lot to me,” Mavis said.
“I love sharing my relationships on social media,” she added. “If we can change the way one or two people think about themselves, they can look at us and see that we’re happy and know that we’re trying to be a successful, closeted gay couple. I think that’s really important.”
