Jurgen Klopp will be looking to add a few more titles to his account following Manchester City’s landmark guilty verdict.
The former Liverpool manager’s famous comments from 2024 have resurfaced in the football world as an independent commission found the Etihad club guilty of financial irregularities.

Shortly after resigning as Liverpool manager in May 2024, Klopp was asked directly about the Premier League’s ongoing investigation into Manchester City and whether he would feel like champions if City were stripped of their honours.
The Germans responded with a classic and unforgettable response: “If you organize a bus parade, I’ll join it! I don’t care how long it takes!”
Klopp’s Liverpool lost to Manchester City by one point in both the 18/19 and 21/22 championship matches.

Klopp’s light-hearted but telling comments underlined the immense frustration felt at Anfield after finishing second in several narrow title battles with Pep Guardiola’s side over the past decade.
