Fans are jokingly calling for Morgan Gibbs-White to be “sent home” after a hilarious video emerged of his last-minute England call-up.
The Nottingham Forest captain had just begun a holiday with his family when the international break arrived, forcing him to cut short his break and join up with the Three Lions.
Gibbs-White was initially left out of Thomas Tuchel’s squad before being called up after multiple withdrawals.

Judging from the video posted by his partner Britney de Villiers, the midfielder has been making the most of his short time away.
The couple filmed themselves singing a relaxed cover of a song from Disney’s High School Musical, captioning the video: “Two hours into family holiday when he gets a last-minute call-up for England.”
The pair didn’t appear to be genuinely annoyed by the call-up, but were clearly happy to have their vacation interrupted.
However, the video quickly circulated among fans and sparked some bizarre criticism – with many supporters mocking the outrage.
One fan sarcastically wrote: “Should be banned from football matches after watching this.”
Another joked: “Having a family holiday interrupted for two hours is clearly an act of national sabotage and must be punished by exile.”
Others were baffled by the negative reaction.
One person replied: “What’s wrong lol”, while another said: “Get a grip and laugh with his wife.”
