With this foundation now securely in place, the next step for Everton it is time to review the chapter. The owners of any major Premier League club, be it Everton, Newcastle United, Liverpool, etc. well, you’d have to be extremely naïve to believe he’s acting out of anything other than self-interest.
These Everton owners realized very quickly that they had a club in such dire straits that they needed to get out of there as soon as possible.
It will be interesting to see who can buy him, probably another American owner, which is the case with most of the Premier League now.
