Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick has announced the return of Leni Yoro and Joshua Zirkzee to the club in the spring following their exploits during the international break with the national teams.
Yoro and Zirkzee are impressed
Yoro and Zirkzee were not initially invited to France and Holland. Finally, they were added to the squad to replace injured players.

The withdrawal of Ibrahima Konate opened up a place for Yoro, while Zirkzee was brought into Xavi’s plans after Sunderland’s Brian Brobbey was injured.
Yoro was forced to settle for a place on the bench in France’s first three games before making his full debut against Belgium.
The Frenchman impressed alongside Maxence Lacroix as Les Bleus ran out 4-1 winners. Zinedine Zidane praised Yoro after the final whistle at the Stade de France on Monday.
Meanwhile, Zirkzee appeared for the Netherlands against Greece and Serbia, scoring the winner in the latter match to send his national team through the group stage.

Carrick’s remarks
Carrick said of Yoro: “I’m delighted for Leni, he’s always done well. I watched the game and it’s great to see those moments.”
“It’s something he’ll remember for the rest of his life, for his family and friends. It’s great to see young players step up in the game and it was a big step for him.”
“I always thought he played well, he seemed relaxed and enjoying himself. In a way, it was probably the perfect debut, so I was delighted for him.”
