“Fiorentina” goalkeeper David De Gea sent a message of support to “Manchester United” coach Michael Carrick by sharing a photo from their time together at “Old Trafford”.
Manchester United’s back-to-back defeats against Como in the Champions League and Bournemouth in the Premier League have fueled speculation over Carrick’s future with the Red Devils.

Julian Nagelsmann and Antonio Conte are among the names mentioned as possible successors to the former England midfielder, who replaced Ruben Amorim at Manchester United in January.
De Gea has spent several years at the club, playing alongside Carrick and has now shared a picture supporting his former team-mate at X. A DNA emoji featuring Carrick and De Gea was written before a Manchester United game in the 2013-14 season.

De Gea and Carrick played 186 games together for Manchester United and won six trophies, including the 2012-13 Premier League title and the 2016-17 Europa League.
