Christian Pulisic has committed his future to AC Milan for the next decade.
AC Milan have extended Pulisic’s multi-year contract until June 2031, the Serie A club announced on Friday. AC Milan had an option to extend Pulisic’s current deal through the 2027-28 campaign, but instead locked him up for the long haul.
“The extension of Pulisic’s contract reflects a shared commitment to continue to improve, achieve new milestones and build on the progress made together in recent years with the ambition to write more memorable chapters in the Club’s history,” the club said in a statement.
The 28-year-old moved to Italy ahead of the 2023-24 season and has been impressive for the Rossoneri since his arrival. Pulisic scored 44 goals and 28 assists in 141 games for the Rossoneri and won the Italian Super Cup in his second season.
Pulisic most recently scored his second goal of the season in Milan’s 2-0 away win over Udinese last weekend. He has scored two goals and provided one assist in eight games in all competitions.
The Pennsylvania native has made more than 400 senior appearances at club level, starting his career at Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund before moving to Chelsea, where he lifted the UEFA Champions League crown.
With the US Men’s National Team, Pulisic scored 33 goals and played 23 games in 90 games. He remains a key leader in Mauricio Pochettino’s squad heading into the 2030 World Cup cycle.
AC Milan will look to get a result in Serie A when they face rivals Inter on Saturday.
