Chelsea are winning without the best options on the scoresheet
The good news for Chelsea is that they were able to win even without their talismanic striker in form. It’s their first three wins of the season without a goal or assist.
That’s a great sign – they have to learn to win games even if their strikers are kept quiet. It was ultimately a game won by defensive solidity, midfield control and goals from other sources. This is a team going in the right direction.
