Liverpool manager Anthony Iolara High praise for the centre-back Jeremy Jacquet After Sunday’s 1-0 away win at Bournemouth in the Premier League.

After the game, Illara was asked about Jacquet’s progress and he was pleased with the Frenchman’s contribution early in his career.
He said: “I’m happy for him because he also received his first call-up to the national team. He will play with France, which is an important national team, and I know he is happy. He is still young and he has adapted well to the Premier League.”
Liverpool have taken nine points from their first five league games. They weren’t great in the final third, but they did make progress.
Considering City will visit Anfield on October 11, they face a huge challenge after the extended international break. The Reds lost 2-1 in their last game.
Liverpool’s defense looks more confident at the start of the new season as they aim to avenge defeat next month.
