The pressure is mounting on Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti after two defeats in his last three Serie A matches and ahead of the meeting with Napoli in Turin.
Tomorrow, October 30, marks the first anniversary of Spalletti’s appointment as Juventus manager, but the Old Signora’s tactics are already under scrutiny after the first nine games of the 2026-27 campaign.
“Juventus” will send Spalletti to resign?

Several names have been linked with the Juventus job, from Stefano Pioli to Paulo Sousa and Antonio Conte, but at the moment the club’s directors have not held formal talks with any potential Spaletti replacement.
However, Wednesday’s 2-0 defeat against Genoa in Marassi added to the club’s worries, especially just days before the home game against Napoli at the Allianz Stadium.
Spalletti is under scrutiny, but certainly not the only one to blame for the current campaign’s poor results.
“It would be wrong to say that someone is playing against his coach” Magazine he wrote.

“However, it is true to say that many play with their minds with unmotivated or negative thoughts.”
The Pink Paper echoes former Italy striker Paolo Di Canio, who claims the Bianconeri have “no soul”.
Gazzetta confirm that Juventus owner John Elkann is on good terms with Spalletti, although the results should boost confidence in the coach.

Juventus have taken just 14 points from nine league games, losing three already, and sit in eighth place, 11 points behind Inter and Lazio at the top of the table. In this scenario, there is no doubt that Spalletti and Juventus cannot afford another defeat in the next match.
