Man City manager Enzo Maresca has confirmed that Erling Haaland will face Aston Villa this weekend.
The Norway international scored in the 5-1 win over AEK Athens after picking up a leg injury during last Saturday’s 3-2 win over Ipswich Town.
Asked about Haaland’s fitness at Thursday’s pre-match press conference, Maresca said he was ready to play:
“Erling is the only one 100% available, the other three we have to wait for today’s session…”
Expected Return Date – Saturday 24 October vs Aston Villa (a)

As Maresca points out, there are three other players who have touched down and gone for the trip to Villa Park; The 21-year-old is one of them.
O’Reilly has been struggling with a back problem since the start of the season and he was left out of the squad for the win against AEK Athens.
