Lazio are reportedly tracking free agent Wilfried Zaha as they prepare to make a move for the experienced Ivorian.

According to 225foot via LaLazioSiamoNoi, the 33-year-old is on the Biancocelesti’s radar along with UAE side Al Ain. No club has yet made a concrete approach, so the former Crystal Palace winger is free to consider other options.

Zaha has been without a club since his contract with Galatasaray expired in the summer.

Among market fears Lazio eye free agent Zaha

Lazio still have two free places in their Serie A squad and could sign one more free agent outside the transfer windows.

The club are considering moving now amid fears they could face another transfer block in January, with the watchdog yet to rule on wage figures as of September 30.

Although Zaha moved from “Palas” to “Galatasaray” in 2023, he spent only one season in Istanbul. Later, he was loaned to “Lion” for six months and to the “Charlotte” club of the MLS team for a year and a half.

His best years came in the Premier League, where he made 458 appearances and scored 90 goals for Palace, either side of a short spell at Manchester United, including a loan spell at Cardiff City.
