Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr.Prosecutors are facing new scrutiny after they revealed a previously unreported juvenile case involving a minor family member during a bond hearing in Georgia.
Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy told Fulton County Superior Court that investigators previously found multiple Video on KJ’s mobile phone related to this matter. The allegations remain particularly sensitive as all involved are minors and have yet to be proven in court.

“This will mark the second time he has been charged with very serious sexual offenses involving a female victim,” McGillicuddy explain.
The prosecutor also stated QJ The company has been under court supervision since October 2025 in connection with the previous case.
KJ Biermann’s lawyer disputes prosecutors’ characterization
KJ’s attorney Jason Sheffieldvehemently rejected the way earlier juvenile cases were presented in court.
“The court’s depiction of the prior juvenile case involving KJ Biermann grossly misrepresented the facts and the ultimate resolution of the case,” Sheffield explain.
“This incident resulted from inappropriate, vulgar behavior involving two secondary school students. It did not result in a conviction for statutory rape, sexual intercourse or any similar offence.”
Sheffield Adding: “Any suggestion otherwise would be inaccurate and would create a significantly misleading impression of how youth issues will ultimately be resolved.”
A separate felony case remains pending.
QJ He faces seven separate felony charges stemming from an April 2026 incident involving a female classmate at a Georgia fitness center.
He was indicted on September 3 on charges including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.
His defense maintained his innocence and Sheffield Already said QJ He “is expected to enter a plea of not guilty to all charges” at his trial scheduled for October 14.
After Friday’s hearing, Judge Melanie Leftridge indeed QJ $200,000 bond subject to strict conditions. He must stay at his mother’s home, attend school virtually, avoid social media and cell phones, and have no contact with the alleged victim or anyone 16 or younger.
The case remains unresolved and the QJ It has not been proven in court.
