The doctor of the Italian team responded to Cesc Fabregas’ criticism of Moise Kean and insisted that the national team’s medical staff keep the clubs informed.
According to ANSA, via TuttoMercatoWeb, Angelo De Carli Como’s coach made the statement after claiming the striker played 90 minutes for the Azzurri while injured and called for better communication between the federation and his clubs.

As we previously reported, Fabregas had an MRI scan on Friday which revealed that Keane was carrying the injury after the game against Belgium in the opening game of the window. He still played a full game against France in Paris.

De Carly responded to Fabregas on Keane
“In order to monitor the condition of the called-up players, the medical staff of the national team constantly informs the club doctors and communicates with them frequently before, during and after the training camp,” said De Carli. “That’s what happened in the last international window, which spanned September and October.”

De Carli did not touch on the specifics of the case or the scan time.
Kea, who left the squad before Monday’s 3-1 win over Turkey in Bologna, is expected to be sidelined for a week to 10 days and will miss Como’s match against Roma on Sunday.
