Lions Hearts striker Mustapha Yakubu has admitted that the team is struggling in the Ghana Premier League this season. At the weekend, the Kpando team worked hard to beat Bechem United 2-1 to end their three-game losing streak. The win was only the teams third of the season and left them sitting in 12th place after 9 matchdays. The Kpando based side have not been good this season and need to beat the Phobies to turn things around. It’s going to be a tough game, but it’s going to be a great game. As you can see, we are preparing for Sunday’s game. We have struggled this season but we hope to turn things around. We won our last game so hopefully this will give us some motivation. We need points more than them, Mustapha Yakubu told GFA Media. The Ghana Premier League Week 10 match between Hearts of Oak and Hearts of Lions will be played on Sunday, November 8 and kicks off at the University of Ghana Stadium at 3:00pm.
