Arsenal have suffered a fresh injury blow ahead of tomorrow’s Carabao Cup third-round clash away to Ipswich Town.
The Gunners have made a brilliant start to the season with six consecutive wins and they will aim to extend that run against Ipswich Town at Portman Road.
Before the game, their right back suffered a setback Ben white Missed training. He struggled with a groin injury against Sunderland last weekend and was substituted at half-time.
His absence from training today is a clear indication that he is not fit enough to feature for the Gunners against the Tractor Boys tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Jurrien Timber has only recently returned from injury. After White was replaced, the Dutchman took over as right back.
After making his first appearance in any form since May, he is likely to be treated with extra caution and may not start against Ipswich Town away from home.
Club graduate Marley Salmon is likely to feature at right-back.
