Raiders (+4.5) vs. Chiefs
“Kansas City faces an unusual schedule in 2025 — they’ve never had to play two straight road games in back-to-back weeks unless they have a bye in between,” SportsLine expert Jeff Hochman said. “The last time the Chiefs went on the road for back-to-back games without extra rest was back in November 2024. Las Vegas is averaging 13.0 yards per punt, fourth in the NFL. The Raiders’ defensive front has quietly put up strong numbers. With Jackson Powers-Johnson likely to miss time, the Raiders are counting on Caleb Rogers to be a solid replacement at right guard.”
Broncos (+3) and 49ers
“The Broncos’ offense followed a familiar pattern Sunday, seemingly relearning how to play football in the first half before rallying to win,” SportsLine pundit RJ White said. “I’d normally like to knock off a team like this on the road next week, but this 49ers team is so destroyed that I see a 3-pointer against Denver as a value for a playoff-caliber team. Nick Bosa’s absence was felt last week as the Cardinals moved the ball consistently, and the 49ers have a number of injuries. The Broncos are an above-average team — and I think they are — with the 49ers getting beat like this, this line makes no sense.”
Seahawks (-6.5) vs. Chargers
“I’m not sure I understand that line one bit,” White said. “The Chargers won’t be able to cover them with a terrible Bills performance, turning five Buffalo giveaways into a one-touchdown day. An elite Seahawks team needs to focus after losing a game they should have won after dominating with a +2.8 yards per play differential. I’m not sure the Seahawks are even the best teams in football now that Sam Darnold is back. A line of -10 would make more sense than sub-7, so the oddsmakers finally that they had to believe they’d catch a big break to make it that low, and it didn’t matter that the Seahawks were here.
