Sussex have signed South African seamer Keith Dudgeon on a two-year contract.
Dudgeon, 30, scored 42 goals in Kent’s promotion-winning County Championship Division Two campaign in 2026.
“He’s just the quality of player and person we’re looking for to help us continue to grow and compete in Division One of the County Championship and aim for the play-offs of the Blast,” Sussex director of cricket Paul Farbrace said., external

During his career, Dudgeon took 281 first-class wickets at an average of 26.96.
Dudgeon added: “County cricket has been a goal for a long time and I’m grateful for the support Sussex have given me.
“From everything I’ve been told, there’s a great group of guys in the dressing room and I’m looking forward to joining them, bringing good energy and contributing to the team as much as I can.”
