Arsenal have no intention of letting go of the winger, despite Noni Madduk making limited Premier League appearances at the start of the season.
The 24-year-old finds himself behind other attacking options in Mikel Arteta’s attacking sequence, with Bukayo Saka occupying the right wing and teenage Max Dauman increasingly convincing in senior minutes.
This has inevitably sparked speculation over Maduek’s future, with clubs in Spain and Italy in particular monitoring his situation closely.
For now, however, Arsenal’s stance seems clear: Maduk remains part of Arteta’s plans.
Arteta ready to prevent January from coming

Juventus and Atletico Madrid are both interested, with the Italian side reportedly considering a loan move.
However, it is understood that Maduk is also willing to stay at the Emirates Stadium and fight for a place in Arsenal’s starting XI.
His lack of playing time in the league explains why rival clubs are keeping an eye on him. Maduk has made two substitute appearances this season and has only played 24 minutes in the Premier League without scoring or assisting.
His overall participation in other games has been more encouraging. He started in the Community Shield, featured in Arsenal’s Champions League win over Napoli and scored in the 4-2 Carabao Cup win over Ipswich Town.
Marduk’s reduced role at the club also had international implications, Thomas Tuchel leaves him out of England’s latest Nations League squad.
Keeping Madduk makes sense for Arsenal
Arsenal’s attitude is understandable.
Madduk may not be a first-choice player right now, but selling or loaning him midway through the season could quickly create depth issues.
Arteta is competing in the Premier League, Champions League and domestic cup competitions, and injuries could change an attack overnight.
There is also no financial pressure to make quick decisions. Maduk’s contract runs until 2030, putting Arsenal in a strong negotiating position.
Dauman’s emergence certainly complicates matters, but competition shouldn’t automatically lead to a move. Maduk has Premier League experience, direct movement and the ability to operate on both flanks.
From a player’s perspective, though, the next few months are important. For someone entering the prime of his career, twenty-four minutes of league playing time is not enough.
If his opportunities remain limited into January, Atletico Madrid and Juventus may become more attractive. For now, Arteta seems determined to give him a chance to fight for his place rather than sanctioning his early exit.
